Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Inflationsschutz für langfristige Verträge (Löhne, Mieten) sowie speziell Kapitalanlagen (Spareinlagen, Anleihen, Lebensversicherungen) ist seit alters her Gegenstand politischer und gesellschaftlicher Diskussionen gerade unter dem Aspekt der als ungerecht empfundenen Umverteilungseffekte einer Geldentwertung. Die Besonderheiten eines Kapitalfundierten Hart-Euro (KHE) bestehen in seiner konstanten Kaufkraft (Inflationsschutz) sowie seiner Kapitalfundierung (Werthaltigkeit). Es ist der Versuch, die historische Idee des kompensierten Golddollars auf die Europäische Währungsunion (EWU) zu übertragen. Die Kapitalfundierung durch den verbindlich vorgeschriebenen Erwerb von Anteilen am Produktivkapital (Aktien) durch die emittierende Notenbank verleiht dem KHE Warengeldcharakter.
