Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der Begriff der Transformation wird im Rahmen der gesundheitsökonomischen Evaluation beschrieben als der Wandel von Inputfaktoren zu Outputfaktoren. Als digitale Transformation umfasst der Begriff den Wandel von der analogen Verarbeitung zur digitalen Erzeugung und Nutzung von Daten. Gemein ist beiden Sichtweisen nicht nur der Begriff „Wandel“ sondern auch die prozessuale Sicht und damit der Begriff „Prozess“, der in beiden Sichtweisen eine wesentliche Rolle spielt, da eine gelungene digitale Transformation nur mit der vollständigen Einbeziehung der medizinischen Prozesse in den digitalen Wandel vollzogen werden kann.
