Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wenn Kollegen zu Feinden werden, hat das nicht selten etwas damit zu tun, dass ihr Erfolg nach gegensätzlichen Zielen bemessen wird. Miteinander im Konflikt stehende Ziele sind Gift für eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit. Denn es entsteht kein Team, sondern eine Ansammlung von Einzelkämpfern. In diesem Kapitel sehen wir uns am Beispiel einer Airline den erwiesenermaßen erfolgreichen Weg an, wie interne Zielkonflikte radikal eliminiert und Mannschaften auf ein Ziel eingeschworen werden.
