Abstract

Zusammenfassung Einer internen Studie der Ruhr Universität Bochum zufolge hat sich bei einem Unternehmen mit internationalen Niederlassungen während der Corona-Pandemie folgendes Bild bezüglich der digitalen Kundenkommunikation im B2B-Vertrieb gezeigt: In China reduzierte sich die Anzahl der Face-to-face-Kontakte während der Pandemie um ca. 60 %. Die Anzahl der digitalen Kontakte zum Kunden stieg um 514 %. Die Zahlen für Deutschland? Die Anzahl der Face-to-face-Kontakte sank um über 90 %, die digitalen Kontakte stiegen um 29 %. Sie sehen das Problem. In diesem Kapitel geht es um genau dieses essenzielle Thema: die Digitalisierung der Vertriebskommunikation.
