Abstract

Zusammenfassung Bereits bevor der Begriff Digitalisierung geprägt wurde, waren Unternehmens- und Geschäftsprozesskennzahlen als Grundlage zur Unternehmenssteuerung unerlässlich. Im Rahmen der zunehmenden Digitalisierung werden immer mehr Daten aus unterschiedlichen Geschäftsprozessen auch digital verfügbar. Um diese zur unternehmerischen Steuerung der Kanzlei nutzbar zu machen, ist es erforderlich, die wichtigsten Steuerungsdaten möglichst zeitnah in Verbindung miteinander zu bringen und den Entscheidungsträgern in möglichst einfacher und verständlicher Form zur Verfügung zu stellen.
