Abstract

Zusammenfassung Digitalisierung ist für die deutsche Mittelstandskanzlei ein Muss. Sie bietet die Chance im Wettkampf um attraktive Mandate die Waffen nicht strecken zu müssen. Unverdächtige Marktteilnehmer, aufstrebende Boutiquen und etablierte Großkanzleien zielen immer mehr auf die Übernahme des Mandats im mittleren Preissegment ab. Gut umgesetzt bietet die Digitalisierung mittelständischen Sozietäten ein zusätzliches wirtschaftliches und personelles Wachstumspotenzial.
