Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im Folgenden wird ein Einblick in die Coaching-Arbeit auf Basis des Personal-Leadership-Prozesses gegeben. Anonymisiert und komprimiert werden Beispiele aus der Praxis beschrieben, die den Fokus auf konkrete Businessthemen und die persönlichen Entwicklungsanliegen legen. Die Fallbeispiele machen deutlich, welche Wirkung die Reflexion persönlicher Themen auf die Wahrnehmung der Führungsrolle haben kann. Selbstverständlich gibt es darüber hinaus häufig Coaching-Situationen, in denen es ausschließlich um konkrete Businessthemen und den Umgang damit geht. Das Personal Leadership Vorgehenskonzept wird dann im Anschluss erläutert.
