Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Fachartikel behandelt die Fragestellung, wie der Begriff Mobbing und die Handlungen von Mobbing in der Theorie beschrieben werden, wie und warum solche unternehmensinternen Probleme entstehen, wer davon tendenziell am ehesten betroffen ist und wie sich der Mobber oder die Mobberin in der Regel charakterisieren lässt. Ebenso beleuchtet der Artikel die Auswirkungen von Mobbing auf die involvierten Parteien sowie auf die Unternehmung und die Gesellschaft im Allgemeinen. Der Artikel zeigt des Weiteren Handlungsempfehlungen auf, den Psychoterror am Arbeitsplatz nach einem Mobbing-Vorfall aus der Welt zu schaffen. Diese Reaktionsmöglichkeiten und Handlungsempfehlungen sind im Artikel auf die verschiedenen in die Konfliktsituation involvierten Parteien ausgelegt und detailliert beschrieben.
