Abstract

Zusammenfassung Sind vakante Stellen zu besetzen, folgt der Vorgang des Suchens und Findens der bestgeeigneten Kandidaten. Der Prozess folgt immer ähnlichen Phasen und hat die optimale Passung zwischen Bewerber und Stellenanforderung zum Ziel. Im Folgenden werden aktuelle Trends, Qualitätskriterien und verschiedene Instrumente zur Beurteilung der Eignung potenzieller Kandidaten vorgestellt, kritisch reflektiert und in den Kontext der digitalen Transformation der Arbeitswelt gestellt. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie die Personalrekrutierung durch die vielfältige Nutzung von Datenquellen sich im Zuge von People Analytics verändert, und es wird beschrieben, warum die Rekrutierung in Zukunft vermehrt auf Teamentscheidungen beruhen wird.
