Abstract

Zusammenfassung Viele Veränderungsprojekte in Organisationen scheitern. Durch eine Betrachtung von Organisationen aus systemtheoretischer Sicht wird deutlich, warum es so voraussetzungsvoll ist, sie zu verändern und als Führungsperson die richtigen Ansatzpunkte zur Gestaltung von Wandel zu finden. Der Beitrag befasst sich mit den grundlegenden Elementen von Organisationen und Möglichkeiten zu deren Analyse und Gestaltung. Der «Faktor Mensch» wird in dieser Betrachtung sehr abstrakt gefasst, und im Vordergrund steht die Betrachtung von Organisationen als komplexe Kommunikationssysteme. Ergänzend zu diesem Beitrag empfehlen wir den Beitrag «Organisationen als Lernsysteme entwickeln».
