Vertrauen schaffen

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Vertrauen ist ein zentrales Führungsinstrument. Im Praxisbezug wird dies zunächst plausibilisiert. Dennoch ist es schwierig zu erklären, was Vertrauen eigentlich ist, wie es entsteht und wie seine Wirkung zustande kommt. Die Theorie des Vertrauens und die Wirkung von Vertrauen im Führungskontext werden deshalb im Anschluss an den Praxisbezug dargestellt. Im Kern geht es um die Zuschreibung von Vertrauen: Wodurch wird jemand vertrauenswürdig? Aus dem theoretischen Hintergrund leiten sich verschiedene Empfehlungen für das Verhalten von Führungskräften ab, sofern sie daran interessiert sind, Vertrauen als Führungsinstrument hilfreich einzusetzen. Ein Hinweis auf nützliche Instrumente und auf offene Fragen rundet diesen Beitrag ab und zeigt nochmals die Wichtigkeit und Wirksamkeit von Vertrauen für ein transformational erfolgreiches Führen aufzuzeigen.
