Abstract

Zusammenfassung Teams verändern und entwickeln sich laufend, in jedem Moment ihrer Existenz. Teams reagieren auf Änderungen in ihrem Umfeld, auf sich wandelnde Aufgabenstellungen, auf Wechsel in ihrer Zusammensetzung und Führung. Der Fokus bewusster, geplanter und gezielter Teamentwicklung ist dorthin zu verlagern, wo diese ohnehin stattfindet: in den Arbeitsalltag des Teams. Ansetzen sollte Teamentwicklung dabei konsequent bei denjenigen Merkmalen von Teams in Organisationen, welche gleichzeitig auch Faktoren erfolgreicher Teamarbeit sind. Hervorgehoben werden insbesondere drei Ansatzpunkte: (1) die permanente Orientierung am gemeinsamen Vorhaben sowie die ausgewogene Beteiligung aller im Team, (2) die Kommunikation im Team und (3) die Reflexion im Team.
