Abstract

Zusammenfassung Je grösser die Komplexität und Unvorhersehbarkeit der Organisationsumwelt, desto grösser die Nachfrage nach kreativen Lösungen. Der Wert kreativ-schöpferischer Arbeit kann aktuell gar nicht hoch genug eingeschätzt werden. Viele Produktions- und Geschäftsprozesse werden automatisiert, Dienstleistungen digitalisiert, künstliche Intelligenz ergänzt die menschliche Intelligenz, das heisst, Menschen können ihre Position in der Arbeitswelt langfristig nur noch durch einen zentralen Beitrag sicher behaupten: Kreativität. Es ist eine zentrale Führungsaufgabe, die Personen mit kreativem Potenzial zu identifizieren, zu fördern und Teams und Organisationen so zu entwickeln, dass sich kreative Fähigkeiten auch im Kollektiv wirksam entfalten können. Im Beitrag wird auf verschiedene Begriffsvarianten eingegangen. Daneben werden Kreativitätsebenen thematisiert und auch auf den Aspekt der Teamkreativität eingegangen. Zum Schluss wird darauf eingegangen, wie man kreative Fähigkeiten von Mitarbeitern und Teams fördern kann.
