Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag widmet sich agilen Management- und Führungsprinzipien. Dabei werden zentrale Modelle, Konzepte und Begriffe eingeführt. Agile und traditionelle Führungskonzepte werden einander gegenübergestellt und es werden vielfältige Bezüge zu verwandten Führungskonzepten in diesem Band hergestellt. Darauf aufbauend werden Gestaltungsempfehlungen für die Entwicklung agiler Personalarbeit formuliert – als Voraussetzung einer agilen Führungskultur. Der Beitrag geht abschliessend auf die Widersprüchlichkeit zwischen Agilität und Stabilität ein und fordert ein verträgliches Mass an Wandel für alle Beteiligten.
