Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Beitrag behandelt die Fragestellungen, warum kollektive Führungsansätze gerade in der heutigen Zeit hochrelevant sind, welche Formen der kollektiven Führung in der Literatur diskutiert werden und wie sich diese Formen voneinander abgrenzen lassen sowie welche Chancen und Herausforderungen mit den jeweiligen Ansätzen einhergehen. Im Beitrag ist ein Exkurs zum Thema kollektive Intelligenz integriert. Weiterhin werden Gestaltungsideen für «Collective Leadership» vorgestellt und zueinander in Bezug gesetzt.
