Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führungsarbeit findet heute im Kontext von tief greifender gesellschaftlicher Transformation statt, angetrieben durch Globalisierung, Migration und Mobilität, demografischem Wandel, Ökologiekrise, Digitalisierung und Flexibilisierung der Arbeitswelt. Diese Treiber beeinflussen die strukturelle und kulturelle Beschaffenheit von Organisationen und damit auch den Handlungsrahmen für die Führung. Führung muss sich unter diesen Bedingungen kontinuierlich neu erfinden, Spielräume für Lernen und Entwicklung schaffen und mit Vorläufigkeit und Ungewissheit konstruktiv umgehen. Nachfolgend werden zentrale Treiber der gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Transformation beschrieben.
