Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kap. 6 schließt mit einem Ausblick. Es werden zukünftige Trends und Entwicklungen bezüglich der Planung und des Reportings im BI-gestützten Controlling aufgezeigt. Die wichtigsten Trends im Bereich „Fachlicher Inhalt“ sind: Integrationsaspekte von Planung und Reporting, die Aufstellung von geeigneten Fachkonzepten, der Ausbau der Planungs- und Analysefunktionen sowie die Schaffung von Standardlösungen, die offen sind für die Abbildung individueller Anforderungen. Die wichtigsten Trends im Bereich der IT-Unterstützung sind: KI-gestützte Analytics, Chatbots, Data Discovery, Data Visualization, Predictive Analytics, hybride traditionelle und explorative BI, Mobile Systeme, Cloud Computing, IT-Security, Self-Service BI, Embedded BI, BI-Portalintegration und BI-Monitoring. Die wichtigsten Trends in den Bereichen „Organisation und Prozesse“ sind: die Substitution manueller Berichtserstellungsprozesse durch RPA, leistungsfähige Berechtigungs- und Zugriffssysteme, die Datenqualitätsprüfung und -steuerung, die adressatengerechte Aufbereitung der Daten sowie die Verteilung und Zusammenarbeit (Collaboration).
