Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine europaweite Umfrage unter Immobilienprofessionals zeigt, dass durch die Corona-Pandemie die qualitativen Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt mehr in den Vordergrund rücken als die quantitativen Nachfrageverschiebungen, denn die Flexibilität wird der bestimmende Faktor. Dies betrifft sowohl die Büroflächen und -gebäude als auch Arbeitsmodelle und Vertragsstrukturen. Insgesamt erwarten die Befragungsteilnehmer, dass mögliche Nachfragerückgänge, bedingt durch Homeoffice oder mobiles Arbeiten, überwiegend durch größere Kollaborationsflächen kompensiert werden können. Allerdings verteilt sich die Fläche möglicherweise auf mehr innerstädtische Quartiere als zuvor.
