Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Aufsatz befasst sich mit der Zukunft der Arbeitswelt auf der Basis der Ergebnisse der Darmstädter Zukunftsstudien. Schwerpunktmäßig wird an drei Punkten angesetzt: Umweltentwicklungen, Lebensstiltypen und konkrete Ausgestaltung zukünftiger Arbeitswelten. Hierbei soll vor allem die Frage beantwortet werden, wie die Arbeitswelt nach der COVID-19 Pandemie aussehen wird. Erste Erkenntnisse zeigen, dass diese Krise einerseits bereits bestehende Trends und Entwicklungen verstärkt, zum Beispiel in Bezug auf flexibles Arbeiten. Andererseits werden völlig neue Akzente für die Zukunft der Arbeitswelt gesetzt, zum Beispiel hinsichtlich der Bedürfnisse von Mitarbeitenden. Die veränderten Anforderungen und Gegebenheiten werden in verschiedenen möglichen Szenarien und auf verschiedenen Ebenen beleuchtet.
