Abstract

Zusammenfassung Projektentwicklern stehen im Zuge des Strukturwandels der deutschen Immobilienwirtschaft umfassende Herausforderungen bevor. Dies liegt insbesondere an der starken Abhängigkeit von den gewerblichen Immobiliennutzern, aber auch an den vielfältigen Verflechtungen ihrer Kernprozesse mit den immobilienwirtschaftlichen Dienstleistern und Investoren. Deren Anpassungsstrategien an die Treiber des Strukturwandels könnten die Projektentwickler zwingen, insbesondere ihr Geschäftsmodell und ihre Strukturen zu überdenken und an die neuen Rahmenbedingungen anzupassen. Hierbei werden insbesondere diejenigen Projektentwickler erfolgreich sein, die es verstehen, auf die Bedürfnisse ihrer Kunden einzugehen und dabei in kooperativen Modellen die unterschiedlichen Zielsetzungen miteinander zu vereinen.
