Abstract

Zusammenfassung Aktuelle Beispiele wie z. B. der disruptive Wandel in der Automobilindustrie stehen für eine Veränderungsdynamik, die neben dem hohen Tempo auch dadurch geprägt ist, dass über notwendige Veränderungen nicht mehr nur geredet und diskutiert werden kann, sondern auch schnell verbindlich gehandelt werden muss, um als Organisation „überlebensfähig“ zu bleiben. Damit stellt sich zwangsläufig die Frage, ob klassische (projektorientierte) Change-Konzepte noch zeitgemäß sind oder Change Management selbst nicht auch „neu gedacht“ werden muss. Da die Fähigkeit, schnell und professionell bei Veränderungen zu agieren, eng mit dem Merkmal Agilität zusammenhängt, besteht der zentrale Ansatzpunkt dieses Buches darin, im Rahmen theoretischer und empirischer Analysen zu untersuchen, wie eine Neuausrichtung bzw. Weiterentwicklung des Change Managements unter Berücksichtigung von Agilitätsaspekten aussehen kann.
