Abstract

Zusammenfassung Krisen stellen ein einschneidendes und regelmäßiges Ereignis im Verlauf des Unternehmensentwicklungszyklus dar. Trahms et al. belegen, dass 50 % aller S&P 500 Unternehmen in einem Beobachtungszeitraum von fünf Jahren einer Krise ausgesetzt waren. Von ähnlich hohen Werten geht Eichner für untersuchte deutsche, britische und amerikanische Unternehmen aus. Demnach rutschten 30 % aller beobachteten Unternehmen innerhalb von sechs Jahren in eine Krisensituation.
