Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der digitale Wandel eines Unternehmens kann sowohl von „unten nach oben“ gedacht werden – als eine Aufgabenstellung für die Mitarbeiter an der Basis – aber auch von „oben nach unten“ – als Führungsaufgabe für das Management. Nur in der Kombination der beiden Perspektiven und unter Einbezug aller Stakeholder eines Unternehmens kann der Wandel hin zu einer API-konformen Firma gelingen. In diesem Kapitel wird zunächst die Perspektive des Wandels eines Unternehmens aus Perspektive des Managements beleuchtet. Dabei geht das Kapitel auf die unterschiedlichen Stufen des Management Prozesses ein: Von der Wahl der richtigen API-Strategien und deren Kommunikation über die Verteilung der Ressourcen bis hin zu konkreten Ansätzen für die Verankerung der API-Transformation in der jeweiligen Unternehmenskultur.
