Abstract

Zusammenfassung Welche Fragen sollte eine im Unternehmen integrierte Security beantworten können? Was gehört nicht zum Aufgabenbereich der Unternehmenssicherheit? Wie definieren Unternehmen heutzutage „support function“ und was sind „interne Berater“? Sollte die Unternehmenssicherheit Weisungsbefugnis haben und über ein eigenes Budget verfügen? Ist Risikoanalyse ein notwendiges Übel? Braucht es noch Richtlinien und Leitlinien? Ist die Festlegung einer Vision und einer Mission in der Unternehmenssicherheit notwendig? Unzählige Fragen gibt es zur Unternehmenssicherheit. Das Hauptziel für den Aufbau einer Unternehmenssicherheit sollte die Implementierung eines effizienten Systems sein. „Ein System ist eine Ganzheit. Jedes Teil ist mit jedem so verbunden, dass jede Änderung eine Änderung des Ganzen bewirkt“, sagte die US-amerikanische Psychotherapeutin Virginia Satir. Dieses System in seiner Ganzheit gilt es für die Unternehmenssicherheit zu erschaffen.
