Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als Konsequenz auf die Finanzkrise ab 2007 hatte die Europäische Union ein umfangreiches neues Regelwerk basierend auf den Basel III Standards eingeführt. Dabei handelte es sich um die Kapitaladäquanzverordnung (CRR), die Eigenkapitalrichtlinie (CRD IV), die Richtlinie über die Sanierung und Abwicklung von Kreditinstituten (BRRD) und die Verordnung über den einheitlichen Abwicklungsmechanismus (SRMR).
