Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieser Artikel beschäftigt sich mit der Meldung zur privaten Wohnimmobilienfinanzierung. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Meldung aus dem Vermögens-, Erfolgs- und Risikoausweis (VERA). Die Erhebung zur privaten Wohnimmobilienfinanzierung gemäß VERA-V Anlage H ist erstmalig mit Meldestichtag 30.06.2020 zu melden. Der Fokus der Meldung liegt auf privaten Immobilienkrediten. In diesem Kontext werden verschiedene Kennzahlen sowohl für Neukredite als auch in eingeschränktem Umfang für den Kreditbestand erhoben. Diese Datenbasis bietet die Grundlage, um makroprudenzielle Risiken aus der privaten Immobilienfinanzierung adäquat analysieren und kreditnehmerbasierte Maßnahmen setzen zu können. Ziel ist, die Zahl der notleidenden oder ausgefallenen Kredite in den Bankbilanzen in Stresszeiten zu dezimieren und daraus folgende negative Auswirkungen auf die Finanzmarktstabilität und die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung Österreichs abzuschwächen.
