Abstract

Zusammenfassung Der vorliegende Beitrag berichtet über die Entwicklung und Validierung von Skalen zur Messung des organisationalen bzw. des arbeitsplatzbezogenen Digitalisierungsgrades (ODG-/ADG-Skala). Mittels einer dreistufigen Delphi-Studie wurden die beiden 15 bzw. 13 Items umfassenden Messinstrumente entwickelt. Anschließend wurde in drei aufbauenden Untersuchungen die Konstruktvalidität der Skalen nachgewiesen. Im Ergebnis stehen zwei reliable und valide Messinstrumente für weiterführende Analysen zu den Auswirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Mitarbeitende in Steuerberatungskanzleien zur Verfügung.
