Abstract

Zusammenfassung In einem narrativen Überblick über 22 empirische Studien werden die Wirkungen der Digitalisierung auf Mitarbeitende analysiert. Den Kern der Analyse bildet dabei die Darstellung von Untersuchungen, welche relevante Befunde zu veränderten Arbeitsbedingungen, neuen Arbeitsformen und Merkmalen digitalisierter Arbeit beinhalten. Je nach Operationalisierung und untersuchtem Phänomen lassen sich unterschiedliche positive wie negative Konsequenzen auf das Erleben und Verhalten von Mitarbeitenden nachweisen.
