Abstract

Zusammenfassung Um Kompetenzprofile für Tätigkeiten in digitalisierten Arbeitsprozessen zu entwickeln, wurde zunächst die Beziehung zwischen Kompetenzen und Digitalisierung analysiert. Dazu wurden Kompetenzdefinitionen und Kompetenzmodelle betrachtet. Außerdem wurden verschiedene Systematisierungen und Arten von Kompetenzen untersucht und eingeordnet. Schließlich wurden Systeme zum Erfassen und Entwickeln von Kompetenzen beleuchtet. Abschließend wurde die Bedeutung des Kompetenzmanagements für die Transformationsprozesse der Digitalisierung herausgearbeitet.
