Abstract

Zusammenfassung Als unabhängiges Organ der Steuerrechtspflege ist die Steuerberatung in vielfacher Hinsicht von anderweitigen Beratungstätigkeiten und Dienstleistungsfeldern abzugrenzen. Dabei sind die Tätigkeitsfelder aber auch die Ausübungsberechtigung gesetzlich klar reglementiert. Dies bedingt u. a. branchentypische Qualifikationen, Bearbeitungsprozesse und Organisationsstrukturen. Neben den permanenten Steuerrechtsänderungen wirken hierbei vielfältige technologiegetriebene Anpassungsprozesse auf die Branche und verändern die (künftigen) Anforderungen an die Erbringung steuerlicher Dienstleistungen, Kanzlei- und Führungsstrukturen und den beruflichen Handlungskompetenzen.
