Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der Regel ist das Projekt beendet, wenn es erfolgreich abgeschlossen und an die Fachseite übergeben wird. Wenn ein Projekt am Ende der geplanten Laufzeit noch nicht fertig ist, kann es dennoch abgeschlossen werden, weil eine Fortführung nicht mehr sinnvoll erscheint, oder es wird über die ursprünglich geplante Laufzeit hinaus verlängert. In der Projektabschlussphase werden die Arbeitspakete übergeben, die künftigen Nutzer unterwiesen und die finalen Ergebnisse präsentiert und dokumentiert.
