Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein Projektmanager verfügt über weniger Macht als eine Führungskraft in der Linienorganisation, da ihm meistens die disziplinarische Weisungsbefugnis fehlt. Dennoch sollte er seine Machtbasen kennen und einsetzen. Zusätzlich muss er oft interne Politik nutzen, um einen nachhaltigen Einfluss in der Organisation zu bekommen und seine projektbezogenen Ziele besser verfolgen zu können. Zudem muss ein Projektmanager andere so beeinflussen, dass sie die notwendigen Entscheidungen im Projekt unterstützen und umsetzen.
