Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gute Kommunikation kann maßgeblich dazu beitragen, dass ein Projekt erfolgreich ist und deshalb ist die Fähigkeit, gut zu kommunizieren, eine wichtige Kernkompetenz für alle, die in Projekten arbeiten. Kommunikation im Projekt kann formell oder informell, schriftlich oder mündlich erfolgen. Eine gute Strukturierung der schriftlichen Kommunikation trägt ebenso zum Projekterfolg bei, wie eine gute Vor- und Nachbereitung der mündlichen Kommunikation und hilft, Kommunikationsprobleme zu vermeiden.
