Abstract

Zusammenfassung Standorte von Immobilien beeinflussen massgeblich deren Wert und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg. Der Verbrauch von Boden, der besonders dort knapp und endlich ist, wo Immobilien von Nutzern und Anlegern stark nachgefragt werden, differenziert Immobilien in der Nachhaltigkeitsbewertung von anderen Gütern. Die klassischen drei Dimensionen der Nachhaltigkeit (Ökologie, Ökonomie und Gesellschaft) werden dadurch stärker ausdifferenziert: Innerhalb der Dimension Ökologie zählen nicht nur Ressourcenverbräuche und Emissionen, sondern auch der verantwortungsbewusste und effiziente Umgang mit der endlichen Ressource Boden. Ein stabiles Marktumfeld ist nötig, um Investitionen in die vielfältigen Nachhaltigkeitsdimensionen langfristig tätigen zu können.
