Abstract

Zusammenfassung Eine der Hauptaufgaben im Management ist das Treffen von Entscheidungen. Das geschieht fast immer unter Unsicherheit, d. h. es liegen nicht 100 % der wünschenswerten Informationen vor, um eine möglichst gute Entscheidung zu treffen. Um aber trotzdem im Rahmen der vorliegenden Fakten zu einer möglichst guten und objektiven Entscheidung zu kommen, können die hier beschriebenen Werkzeuge helfen.
