Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die öffentliche Aufmerksamkeit für Verstöße gegen Gesetze, Regeln und Werte von Unternehmen oder Institutionen sowie für Fehlverhalten von Führungskräften hat durch die großen und kleinen Skandale der Vergangenheit enorm zugenommen. Der Compliance-Skandal ist zur Bedrohung für Reputation und Ansehen geworden, mit nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Folgen. Der kommunikative Umgang mit der Compliance-induzierten Krise in der internen wie externen Öffentlichkeit entscheidet mit darüber, wie groß und nachhaltig die Schäden ausfallen. Dabei spielen die Qualität der methodischen und instrumentellen Vorbereitung und ein schnelles, effizientes und wirksames Krisenkommunikationsmanagement eine zentrale Rolle.
