Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Megatrends Digitalisierung, demografischer Wandel, Internationalisierung und Wertewandel führen zu radikalen Veränderungen in Unternehmen. Das wirkt sich auf die Unternehmenstätigkeit und in der Folge auch auf die Arbeit in Unternehmen aus. Hier ergeben sich Gelegenheitsfenster, die die Personalentwicklung für eine Neupositionierung im Unternehmen nutzen kann. Sie muss die Transformation der Unternehmen unterstützen, Kompetenzen und Persönlichkeiten entwickeln und sich zugleich selbst als tätigkeitsintegrierte Leistungsunterstützungsfunktion positionieren.
