Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Kapitel „Lebenszyklus wirtschaftskrimineller Handlungen und Non-Compliance“ geht auf die drei Phasen ein, die Verantwortliche im Zusammenhang mit unterschiedlichsten wirtschaftskriminellen Ereignissen berücksichtigen sollten. Durch die Verknüpfung dieser drei Phasen mit den Erfolgs- und Risikofaktoren gelingt es, die Handlungsfähigkeit betroffener Unternehmen und Organisationen im Ereignisfall aktiv sicherzustellen. Im Fokus sind wesentliche Komponenten wie: die Recherche, die Indikatoren im Zusammenhang mit Frühwarnindikatoren und die Untersuchung mit der Interviewmethodik. Die Fallbeispiele verdeutlichen die verschiedenen Perspektiven der jeweiligen Rollen, die die Verantwortlichen, die Betroffenen und die Täter innehaben.
