Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Bilanzgewinnbeteiligung ist die in Deutschland am meisten praktizierte Form der Erfolgsbeteiligung. Sie besitzt vor allem in der praktischen Anwendung gegenüber einer Beteiligung am Ertrag des Unternehmens bzw. an der Leistung einzelner oder aller Mitarbeiter wesentliche Vorteile. Durch einen wohlüberlegten und gut strukturierten Aufbau einer Gewinnbeteiligung ergeben sich vielfältige Möglichkeiten, ein Modell individuell an die Erfordernisse und Wünsche von Unternehmen und Mitarbeitern anzupassen, um gezielte Anreizwirkungen zu erreichen.
