Abstract

Zusammenfassung Personalwirtschaftliche Systeme können in vielfacher Weise mit Erfolgsbeteiligungskonzepten verbunden werden. Als besonders geeignet für eine solche Koppelung haben sich in der betrieblichen Praxis die Leistungsbeurteilung und die Zielvereinbarung herausgestellt. Dennoch sind die Erfahrungen nicht uneingeschränkt positiv. Die Hauptproblematik liegt darin, dass fehlerhafte Personalsysteme auch die Erfolgsbeteiligung in Misskredit bringen. Somit beinhaltet eine Verknüpfung die Gefahr kontraproduktiver Auswirkungen.
