Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entwicklung der Beratungsbranche befindet sich in einem stetigen Aufwärtstrend. Veränderungen in Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft, die mitunter auch mit Krisen und Konjunktureinbrüchen verbunden sind, erfordern Flexibilität, Innovation und kreative Lösungen. Beratungsleistungen werden aufgrund vielfältiger Kundenanforderungen entsprechend nachgefragt. Die Megatrends, wie Nachhaltigkeit in Verbindung mit digitalen Transformationen und Konnektivität im Spannungsfeld der Individualisierung haben auch Auswirkungen auf die Unternehmensberatung. Welche Beratungsprofile sind künftig gefragt? Welche Kompetenzprofile fördern die Konnektivität und gleichzeitige Individualisierung? Inwieweit sind Diversität und Inklusion in der Unternehmensberatung umgesetzt? Wie entwickelt sich die Wissenskultur der Beratungsbranche? Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Ausblick auf die Herausforderungen und künftig wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktoren für Berater und Kunden auf Basis der wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Megatrends.
