Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wann ist eine Beratung erfolgreich? Diese trivial anmutende Frage ist in der Praxis gar nicht so einfach zu beantworten. In diesem Kapitel entwickeln wir ein Modell zur Messung der Beratungsqualität. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Konzept, das als Grundlage für konkrete Beratungsprojekte verwendet werden kann. Dieses Modell kann aber nicht nur ex post verwendet werden, es kann bereits auch während eines Beratungsprojektes zum Projektmonitoring eingesetzt werden. Dadurch kann es frühzeitige Hinweise liefern, wie durch eventuelle Anpassungsmaßnahmen der Beratungserfolg auch in bereits laufenden Projekten optimiert werden kann.
