Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem wir in den ersten beiden Kapiteln herausgearbeitet haben, dass die aktuellen Megatrends enormen Einfluss auf uns als Individuen einerseits und auf unsere Unternehmen und Organisationen andererseits haben und dadurch immer wieder unsere Denkweise, unser Handeln, ja auch unser Leben nachhaltig verändern, wollen wir uns nun dem Thema Events widmen. Denn gerade im Rahmen der meisten Events, egal ob physisch oder digital, treffen diese beiden Gruppen mit ihrem veränderten Mindset und den daraus resultierenden Erwartungshaltungen im Hinterkopf (oder Unterbewusstsein) aufeinander: Individuen in der Regel als Teilnehmer und Unternehmen/Organisationen als Veranstalter.
