Zusammenfassung Nachdem Sie Ihre Gründungsidee aus Ihrer ganz persönlichen Motivation heraus entwickelt und formuliert haben, ohne zunächst ständig nach der Realisierbarkeit zu fragen, ist der nächste, entscheidende Schritt zu erarbeiten, welche Entscheidungen zu fällen und welche Schritte zu gehen sind hin zur Realisierung Ihrer sozialen Gründungsidee: Sie entwickeln Ihr Konzept.
