Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer einen Moderator engagiert, sucht meistens einen Experten für einen möglichst geschmeidigen Prozess. Jemanden, der die Gruppe auf direktem Wege zu einem hochwertigen Ergebnis führt. Der es schafft, über eine raffiniert arrangierte Beteiligung Resultate zu produzieren, die ohne Moderation konfliktfrei nicht zu erreichen sind. Wie der Moderator diesem Anspruch gerecht werden kann, erfahren Sie in diesem Kapitel.
