Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wer sein Moderationshandwerk grundsätzlich beherrscht, kann seine Fähigkeiten auch auf digitalem Terrain wirkungsvoll einsetzen. Insofern baut Moderation in virtueller Umgebung grundsätzlich auf denselben Prinzipien auf wie im physischen Raum. Und ist doch anders. Die technische Infrastruktur ist das Nadelöhr. Wer Schwierigkeiten hat, in den virtuellen Besprechungsraum zu kommen, ist raus aus dem gemeinsamen Prozess. Was nicht sofort funktioniert, kann spontan nur schwer behoben werden. Der Stresspegel steigt. Die Lust auf Mitwirkung schwindet. Findet man sich in der Bedienung eines Tools nicht intuitiv zurecht, wird man im Laufe des Prozesses immer weiter abgehängt sein.
