Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gemeinsames unternehmerisches Nachdenken kann sich in vielerlei Hinsicht auszahlen. Dazu muss es allerdings gelingen, den Austausch von Informationen so zu organisieren, dass die Ideen, Argumente und Beiträge der Beteiligten so miteinander verknüpft werden, dass ein sinnvolles Gesamtes entsteht. In diesem Kapitel erfahren Sie, warum Moderation wichtig ist und was Merkmale guter Moderation sind.
