Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nachdem mit dem Konzept der 15M-Resilienz ein Konzept und ein praktischer Leitfaden zum Umgang mit unerwarteten Risiken im Einkauf vorgestellt wurde, wird im abschließenden Kapitel im Sinne eines Management Summary die wesentlichen Ergebnisse zusammengefasst und ein Ausblick auf die Fortentwicklung des Risikomanagements und insbesondere der 15M-Resilienz im Unternehmen gegeben.
