Abstract

Zusammenfassung Werden Waren in das Zollgebiet der Europäischen Union verbracht, sind diese unverzüglich zu der von den Zollbehörden bezeichneten Zollstelle (Eingangszollstelle in die EU) zu befördern und dort zu gestellen, Art. 135, 139 UZK. Des Weiteren ist grundsätzlich eine Anmeldung zur vorübergehenden Verwahrung abzugeben, Art. 145 UZK Die Anmeldung erfolgt regelmäßig zusammen mit der Gestellung der Waren, Art. 145 Absatz 8 lit. b) UZK. Nach Abgabe der Anmeldung zur vorübergehenden Verwahrung können die Waren bis zu 90 Tage verwahrt werden, bis die Förmlichkeiten erfüllt werden müssen, damit die Waren in ein Zollverfahren überführt oder wiederausgeführt werden können, Art. 149 UZK. Innerhalb dieser Verwahrung dürfen an der Ware, mit Ausnahme gewisser zur Erhaltung der Waren erforderlicher Behandlungen, keine Veränderungen vorgenommen werden.
