Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung und Organisationsformen können nicht voneinander getrennt betrachtet werden, da sie sich auch gegenseitig bedingen. Während man unter Mikro-LeadershipMikro-Leadership das zukunftsgerechte Führen von Individuen und Personenkreisen (Stakeholders) versteht, fasst man unter Makro-LeadershipMakro-Leadership das strategische Aufsetzen und Entwickeln von Unternehmen sowie das Verändern und Restrukturieren von Organisationseinheiten zusammen. Alle anderen Stellgrößen der Organisation müssen gemäß dem 7S-Modell7S-Modell angepasst werden. Man erkennt also, wie stark der Führungsstil mit den anderen Parametern verknüpft ist und dadurch von ihnen abhängig ist. Neue Organisationsformen wie holokratische und disruptive Organisationen werden mit dem neuen Führungsverständnis in Verbindung gebracht.
